game is slow

I've tried playing a couple of the nintendo games now and they are all slow. I have sound disabled, but that doesn't help, any other ideas, besideds getting a faster computer?

Well, normally when sound is disabled it Nintendo games should run smootly whether or not you have a great computer so you might want to:

- Scan for spyware/worms/viruses (they can greatly reduce the speed of your computer -- here's a free one

- Close high CPU/Memory processes (close programs like Limewire, Kazaa *Kazaa actually contains a ton of spyware anyways* or other things like music in background that you may be listening to)

- Get the newest version of Java (if you don't have the newest version, that might also be causing -- not likely but worth the try if everything else is failing)

I think that should help quiet a bit, there maybe some other things to but I can't think of them at the moment.
