maybe you can gather up some people to do that with you, and any donations would go to getting an offshore dedicated server (which is about 400$ from the ones i found)
1) Donating is the best you guys can do right now to help this site get onto a dedicated server offshores.
2) The second best is if you know a host offshore or can find one that hasn't signed the Berne Convention, the TRIPs Agreement and/or hasn't entered into in bilateral accords with the U.S. and isn't enforcing copyright laws (like which costs $400 a month) but if you can find one that's cheaper then you donations would go much farther, dedicated hosts can go from the price of $69.00 to 20,000.00+)
This will help you find a country that doesn't enforce copyright laws: but you need to ask the host aswell.
This site needs atleast:
500GB+/month bandwidth
3+/GB Storage
Please go ahead and post the hosts you find here
Anyways besides those two things, unless you can change the law there's nothing else you can do.

Nintendo AND Flasch games gone? I would also donate, but I don't have a credit card, and aren't old anough to get one(only 11 years old). If I could, I would donate ~25$, but I can't without a credit card. Oh well, I also have a Nintedo DS, so it isn't as bad for me, but most of you probably don't have one, so this site is (and was) probably very good for you...

You can't pay me to get the games back on the site, Nintendo is who you should complain to. Ask them to make these classic Nintendo games legal to distribute on the web to play. The DMCA contacted me saying if I didn't remove the games they would sue me, otherwise I would have left them up.
No worries though, there are plenty of great free online games to play (over 2-3,000)

Yup. There still are enough games to play. I also liked the Nintendo games, but the others are also good.
